Yes - VELVO ships to most countries worldwide. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping is completely free on all orders exceeding $100, currently US only.But orders less than $100 will cost a fee depending on the destination.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If you haven't received one within 3 business days, check spam or contact support@velvo.nyc.

If your order is more than 5 days past the estimated delivery date, reach out to us at support@velvo.nyc and we'll sort it out immediately.

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely happy with your VELVO glasses or they arrived damaged within 30 days of receiving them, contact us and we'll make it right - no questions asked.

Email us at support@velvo.nyc with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

If the item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping is on us. For all other returns, the customer covers return shipping costs.

Once we receive and process your return, refunds are issued within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
